Description

Rock on! Designer Lysa Flower is back in the spotlight with a fabric collection that’s sure to win a battle of the bands. These prints celebrate the grunge and glamour of ‘90s girl groups with designs of electric guitars, a hot pink drum kit, big hair, graffiti, and cassette tapes. A mix of bold feature prints and retro coordinates make these patterns perfect for throwback DIY projects like scrunchies, fanny packs, or patches for your overalls. About the Artist

Lysa Flower grew up in the 80's, where she fell deeply, madly in love with pop culture. She also grew up among makers, collectors and by necessity inventors. Inevitably Lysa (pronounced Lisa) also became a designer, maker and if we're really honest, a collector of all things retro. It was only a matter of time before she started drawing, painting, printing and inventing her own modern sewing and surface pattern designs. Forever curious, and genetically a DIY-er, she's always itching to learn something new. Throughout her work she uses cheeky cheerfulness, with bright, graphic, optimistic colors... which might explain why if she had to be a print, she'd be a polka dot (since dots are unassuming and polkas are outrageously fun)!
