Heather’s passion for design is founded in her past as a landscape oil painter and her desire to be creative. It is Heather's love of quilting that encouraged her to expand creatively into textile/surface design. Heather's quilts and patterns have been featured in various quilting publications and has had a myriad of quilts displayed at international, national and regional quilt shows. Along with quilting Heather is a single widowed mom of a beautiful girl, CoraJoan. Heather grew up in the Pacific Northwest and attended college in Pennsylvania. Many of her designs are inspired the landscape in her home state. She maintains a blog at www.quiltachusetts.com and is active on Instragram under @quiltachusetts.
