Walk around the block with the black cats and wise old owls while admiring the friendly jack-o-lanterns and sleepy moons. In this neighborhood, whether it’s daylight or midnight, the streetlights are always on. The coordinating designs are infused with luscious lilac, sugary grape, rich orange, warm grey, deep black, and touches of golden yellow.
