How can we help you?

> We never discontinued designs – Run out mid-project? No problem. Our print-on-demand model means you can always reorder.

> Printed in the USA – All of our fabric is proudly printed in Kansas City, Missouri.

> Quick turnaround times – We move fast. Our lead times are significantly shorter than most industry competitors.

> Safe, high-quality materials – We use OEKO-TEX certified inks, so your fabric is safe for skin, including baby and children's products.

We use a digital fabric printing process—this means your designs are printed directly onto your fabric using specialized inkjet technology. Our high-quality digital printers allow for vibrant color, sharp detail, and a professional finish, even on smaller print runs.

The result? Beautiful, durable fabric that's ready for quilting, sewing, and creating.

At PBS Fabrics, everything begins with design. Our team creates exclusive prints in-house, inspired by trends, art, and the quilting community—and we also collaborate with talented designers from around the world. Once a design is finalized, it's prepped for printing on premium quilting cotton or your selected fabric base.

We use state-of-the-art digital printing technology to ensure vibrant color, crisp detail, and consistent quality. Thanks to our print-on-demand system and extensive pattern library, every design can be reordered at any time—our collections are never discontinued.

After printing, each fabric is heat-set, finished, and carefully inspected before shipping. whether it's one of our signature designs or your custom artwork, we handle every step with care to deliver fabric that's ready to inspire your next project.

First, make sure you're logged into your wholesale account. From there, just add your desired fabrics to your cart and follow the standard checkout process. It's quick and straightforward—just like any online shop, but with access to our exclusive wholesale pricing and products. You will not be charged until the time of shipment.

To view wholesale pricing, make sure you're logged into your account. If you're already logged in and still can't see pricing, don't worry—just reach out to us at orders@pbsfabrics.com and we'll be happy to help!

There's no order minimum to purchase from us—but please note that we sell fabric by the bolt, not by the yard. So whether you're ordering one bolt of twenty, you're good to go!

Your card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. This way, you're only billed once everything is packed and heading your way!

Of course! If you're having any trouble placing your order, need help understanding an invoice, or want an update on your tracking info—just shoot us an email at order@pbsfabrics.com. We're happy to help!

What you recieved is known as a split bolt—a common industry standard. Sometimes, fabric rolls contain a seam where two pieces have been joined during production. Whether we cut out the seam or leave it in, you're still receiving the full amount of usable fabric that makes up a complete bolt.

Split bolts typically occur in about 5-10% of our inventory. If you ever have any concerns about a specific bolt, feel free to reach out—we're happy to help clarify!

Shipping typically takes 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the fabric substrates and order specifics. Pre-quilts do typically take a bit longer at around 4-6 weeks. We'll keep you updated on your order status, and if you need and help tacking, just reach out to orders@pbsfabrics.com

We don't know the exact shipping cost until the time of shipment, as many factors can affect the price (like order size, weight, and destination). That said, we always offer free shipping on orders of 15 bolts or more on all standard full-price quilting cotton prints only (SKU 120).

When your order says "fullfilled," it means your order has been accepted and is currently being processed. It hasn't shipped yet, but it's on its way through the fulfillment process.

Once your order has bee shipped, you'll receive an email with both your packing slip and tracking information.

Right now, our Spring Sale is live! Here's what we're offering:

> 10% off orders of 10 full-price cotton bolts (SKU 120) or more with code SPRING10

> 15% off orders of 15 full-price cotton bolts (SKU 120) or more with code SPRING15

We use eco-friendly, water-based inks that are OEKO-TEX® certified. This certification means that both the textiles and the inks used in our production are tested and verified to be free from harmful chemicals and safe for human health—including for babies and those with sensitive skin.

First things first—we’ll need your isolated repeating pattern tile to get started.

For the best print quality, we recommend using high-resolution files (at least 300 dpi). This is especially important if you're using photos or raster images, which can lose clarity when scaled up.

If you’re working with vector art (like something made in Adobe Illustrator), resolution isn’t as much of a concern—vector files can be scaled infinitely without losing quality. In fact, vector designs are ideal because they’re easier to tweak and always print more cleanly.

Acceptable print file types: Original files in Adobe Illustrator (AI) or Photoshop (PSD) are preferred. We also accept files saved as a .PNG, .JPG, or ideally a .TIFF file (we prefer .TIFFs saved with a LAB color profile for the best color accuracy).

*Please note—Due to our printing process, we cannot replicate flourescent or metallic colors. We do not recommend printing large areas of highly-saturated colors, such as rich black. Large swathes of these colors can affect the texture of the fabric and are more prone to fading.

Once you're ready, please submit the editable files of your artwork scaled to the intended size and resolution by email, WeTransfer or send a Dropbox link to meghanb@pbsfabrics.com.

Not sure if your file is ready to go? Just reach out—we’re happy to take a look!

We’re happy to help with small edits or adjustments when possible, but because custom designs can vary widely, we handle these requests on a case-by-case basis.

If you need help, please send us editable working files, preferably vector files like .ai, .eps, or .svg. These file types are much easier for us to work with and allow for smoother edits.

Yes! Include your logo, print name, designer name, or any other specific information you want—we'll take care of generating and placing the information for you.

Start by designing your own repeating fabric pattern tile—that’s the foundation for custom fabric printing. Not sure how to create one? No worries! We’ve got a helpful blog post to walk you through the basics.

Unfortunately, we can't create custom designs from scratch. If you have any questions about your idea or design, please reach out to us to discuss further.

Once your order has been submitted, please allow 1–2 weeks for standard cotton fabric orders. For alternate substrates or special sizes, it may take up to 3 weeks to complete and ship your order.
