New Abstracts by Sumana Ghosh-Witherspoon

In her second collection, New Abstracts, designer Sumana Ghosh-Witherspoon uses earthy colors and rustic shapes which are rooted in nature. Rainbows, leaves, seeds, and flowers have been paired down to the basics and appear in the form of abstract lines, curves, and triangles. Linocut and digital art methods have created these versatile patterns that could be used to make fun, trendy dresses or add a funky edge to home decor.
